Fairbanks is a great destination for all sorts of visitors, and the Mycological Society of America is one of many meetings and conventions held here annually. The Society's annual meeting is an opportunity for individuals with a professional interest in fungi to share research, meet potential collaborators and explore fungi in our subarctic landscape.

FCVB's meetings and conventions team was able to help with many meeting details, including online registration, accommodations, selecting local vendors, and having the Golden Heart Greeters available during the conference to help conference attendees with questions about Interior Alaska.
